    WeSpire is on fire!

We take a look at some of the winners of the 2022 BostInno "Inno On Fire" awards and why WeSpire was honored!

We take a look at some of the winners of the 2022 BostInno "Inno On Fire" awards and why WeSpire was honored!

Last week WeSpire was honored to be named one of BostInno’s ‘Inno on Fire’ top 50 companies of 2022. (More about us at the bottom of this newsletter)

In this week’s WeSpire Weekly, we take the time to highlight 3 of the other amazing companies on this list that are positively impacting the world:

    The Live Green Group Inc.:

"After moving from Chile to Cambridge in late 2021, this food tech startup has been expanding rapidly. It uses its proprietary technology to replace the animal, synthetic and ultra-processed ingredients in food."

We admire The Live Green Group’s strong material connection to sustainability throughout the supply chain to boost business performance & sustainability together.

    Embue:

"Embue has built a solution that uses IoT devices and a cloud-based platform to reduce carbon emissions and make multifamily apartment buildings more energy efficient. The company said its tech is used in over 6,000 apartments."

We can all agree that tracking and reducing Scope 3 emissions is as complicated as it is important. Work-from-home and hybrid work environments are here to stay and companies like Embue are making it easier to track and reduce your carbon footprint at home.

    IntelyCare:

"This Quincy, MA-based tech company is empowering health care workers to build their own schedule and find work-life balance. It also helps health care facilities have more control over how they manage their full time and float pool staff."

Work-life balance and psychological safety is key to a more successful and diverse workplace. Intelycare is working to insert this into the fabric of every hospital’s staffing plan from day one.

So why is WeSpire honored as one of BostInno’s ‘Inno on Fire’ top 50 companies of 2022?

Our growth has been huge over the past year with employees from startups to fortune 500 companies alike using our platform to manage and grow engagement in ERGs, employee giving, sustainability, wellbeing, and more.

Over the past year, we looked at challenges like the climate crisis and the Great Resignation and delivered high-impact, innovative solutions that business and HR leaders need now more than ever. Among them:

    ERG management tools:

WeSpire put a major stake in the ground this year in supporting its clients’ DE&I goals, rolling out employee resource groups (ERGs) management tools, which have already benefited thousands of WeSpire’s clients’ employees, including Eastman who saw a 7x increase in group memberships, and Akamai who realized a 3x increase in employee participation.

    Personal Grant Accounts:

Earlier this year, WeSpire delivered its personal grant accounts solution to the market that tackles systemic inequities in traditional matching programs by putting the majority of funds into the hands of employees.

    Employee Carbon Management Solution:

WeSpire’s new suite of sustainability tools is the industry’s first employee-centric approach for measuring and reporting carbon emissions in a hybrid work environment that helps companies partner with employees to achieve their carbon goals.
