Today, WeSpire released our annual State of Employee Engagement report. As the 7th iteration in a series of research assessing how organizations engage employees, WeSpire surveyed nearly 1,700 full-time employees in the United States, over the age of 18. We conduct these surveys in order to learn more about how companies are driving employee engagement. Particularly, we are interested in what companies do to promote positive impact initiatives like Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion, Social Impact, Wellbeing, and Positive Workplace Culture. This year, we expanded our survey to include a separate track for HR professionals, questions about preferences for rewards programs, and additional demographics data.
