ERG Leadership Alliance Symposium
While this series is built from multiple symposiums around the U.S. each one is worth attending for its own reasons. If you can't attend in person, they have extensive virtual "do-overs" a month after each in-person conference. Each event focuses on tactics used to engage and grow ERGs throughout your organization. In 2022 these events fell about once a quarter. The 2023 schedule has yet to be released but check back here soon for updates!
Global ERG Summit
The Global ERG Summit is an annual event that focuses on research, insights, and best practices from some of the most successful ERG programs in the world. The week-long hybrid event includes the Diversity Impact Awards, which recognizes the best ERGs and BRGs in corporate settings. The 2023 dates haven't been released yet, but it's typically held in mid-September.
ERG Leadership Conference
The ERG Leadership Conference is a DE&I conference that connects thought leaders, admins, managers, and participants of ERGs in the corporate world. Attendees will share best practices, discuss challenges and solutions, learn from established ERG authorities, and connect with peers from various companies to create external networks. The conference is held in a hybrid manner, allowing you to attend either live or virtually.
National ERG Conference
The 2023 National ERG Conference is already scheduled with dozens of speakers booked including DEI leadership from tech, SaaS, Healthcare, and public sector organizations. This is the first year of the event and is built for organizations to learn about new tools, tactics, and strategies to build a more diverse and inclusive workspace. Inclusion 2023
SHRM's Inclusion DEI conference is built for all levels of professionals.

Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Conference
Hosted by The Conference Board, the Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Conference highlights leadership trends in the greater DEI space. The 2022 tracks included a session on building the business case for ERGs and how to approach new DEI initiatives in your organization. Proceeds from the conference are donated to The Conference Board's non-profit mission, and the event takes place in Brooklyn, NY.
